A delicious and easy recipe for Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons, combining creamy cheesecake and sweet blueberries in crispy wrappers.

- 24 wonton wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, cook blueberries with lemon juice and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened. Let cool.
- Place a teaspoon of cheesecake filling and a small spoon of blueberry mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg and fold into a triangle, sealing tightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray the wontons lightly with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Do not overfill the wontons to prevent leakage.
- Allow the blueberry filling to cool completely before assembling.
