- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Olive oil spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Take an egg roll wrapper and place a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center. Fold and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Spray the basket with olive oil.
- Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray the tops with olive oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce for dipping.

- For extra crunch, ensure the egg rolls are not overcrowded in the air fryer.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
