Description

A delicious and easy recipe for crispy Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls filled with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Olive oil spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and place a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center. Fold and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Spray the basket with olive oil.
  4. Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray the tops with olive oil.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce for dipping.
