Description

A quick and tasty delight featuring shrimp coated in garlic and Parmesan, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and toss again until shrimp are well coated.
  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
  5. Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until shrimp are golden and cooked through.
  6. Remove and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
