- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and toss again until shrimp are well coated.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until shrimp are golden and cooked through.
- Remove and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes based on your spice preference.
