Ingredients

  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush tortillas lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Fold in half and press lightly to form a taco shape. Bake for 8–10 minutes until crispy.

  4. In a small skillet, sauté diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon over medium heat until softened, about 5–7 minutes.
