- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush tortillas lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Fold in half and press lightly to form a taco shape. Bake for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a small skillet, sauté diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon over medium heat until softened, about 5–7 minutes.
- Fill each baked tortilla shell with a layer of cheesecake filling, then top with warm spiced apples.
- Add optional toppings like caramel drizzle, whipped cream, or chopped nuts.
- Serve immediately.
