Ingredients

  • 2 large crisp apples (like Honeycrisp or Fuji), thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons crushed pretzels
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice apples into rounds or wedges, removing the core. Arrange slices on a large serving plate.
  2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, warm the peanut butter and honey together for 20–30 seconds until easily pourable. Stir well.
  3. Drizzle the warm peanut butter-honey mixture over the apple slices evenly.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips, chopped almonds, crushed pretzels, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and cinnamon over the top.
