- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 6 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the cheese tortellini to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions (3-5 minutes) until they float to the top and are tender.
- Drain the tortellini in a colander, reserving about 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy (5-7 minutes).
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Lower the heat to medium-low and add the softened cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Gradually pour in the heavy cream while stirring until well combined and heated through.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted into the sauce.
- Add Italian seasoning and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently fold the cooked tortellini into the cream sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
- Stir in the crispy bacon until evenly distributed.
- Serve the tortellini onto plates or bowls.
- Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately while hot and creamy.

- For extra flavor, consider adding spinach or mushrooms to the dish.
- This recipe can be easily doubled for larger gatherings.
