Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and add them to the marinade. Toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer, leaving space between each piece.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For a golden top, broil for the last 2–3 minutes (optional). Watch closely.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
