Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)
  • 1 ripe avocado, scooped and mashed
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
  3. Form small meatballs, about one inch in diameter.
