Description
Banana Cream Pie Bars are a delicious no-bake treat featuring a creamy banana filling and a crunchy Nilla wafer crust.
Ingredients

- 1½ cups finely crushed Nilla Wafers (about 45 wafers)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 3 large bananas, sliced
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- Caramel ice cream topping, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix wafer crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch pan. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1½ cups whipped topping. Spread over crust and top with banana slices.
- Mix pudding with milk until thickened, spread over bananas. Top with remaining whipped topping.
- Chill for 3 hours, garnish with caramel before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to slice the bananas just before adding to prevent browning.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
