Description

A delightful dessert that combines the flavors of banana split in a convenient dump cake format.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or whipped topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced bananas, drained pineapple, and strawberries.
  3. Spread the fruit mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the fruit without mixing.
  5. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  6. Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
