- 800 grams skinless smoked sausage, sliced into 2.5 cm pieces
- 360 millilitres barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a 23×33 cm baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sausage slices with the barbecue sauce. Stir until every piece is evenly coated.
- Spread the coated sausage slices in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes until the sauce is thickened and bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier version, consider adding some hot sauce to the barbecue sauce.
- Serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
- These can be kept warm in a slow cooker for serving at parties.
