Description
A delicious and creamy dish featuring ground beef and rotini pasta in a garlic Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the rotini pasta following the package directions until it reaches an al dente texture. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, cooking and breaking it apart with a spatula until it’s browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Introduce the minced garlic to the beef and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until it releases its aroma.
- Stir in the heavy cream, combining everything well, and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
- Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce becomes creamy. Adjust with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Add the cooked rotini to the skillet, ensuring the pasta is thoroughly coated with the sauce.
- Serve the dish hot, garnishing with chopped fresh parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
