A delicious and easy blackberry cobbler recipe perfect for dessert.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour (spoon and levelled)
- ¾ cup sugar (plus more for sprinkling)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 ½ cups blackberries (you can add up to 4 cups if you like it really fruity!)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish (or similar size).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in the milk until just combined, then stir in the melted butter and vanilla.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish. Sprinkle the berries evenly on top, then sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes until golden and bubbly. Allow the cobbler to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a fruitier cobbler, you can increase the blackberries to 4 cups.
- Make sure to let it rest before serving for a better texture.
