Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup blueberry jam
  • 46 oz fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup granola

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in blueberry jam and fresh blueberries gently.
  4. Add granola and mix until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, about half an inch thick.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
  7. Remove from the freezer and let sit for a few minutes before breaking into pieces.
