Description

A creamy and delightful blueberry fudge made with white chocolate and a blueberry topping, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons cornstarch
  • 3 cups white baking chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a saucepan, combine frozen blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch and simmer until thick (8-10 minutes).
  3. Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to extract the sauce and chill for 1 hour.
  4. Melt white baking chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Heat sweetened condensed milk in the microwave and mix it into the melted chocolate until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in the chilled blueberry topping into the chocolate mixture to create a marbled effect.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and chill for 3-4 hours until set.
  8. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and slice into 6×6 pieces.
  9. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Make sure to not overheat the chocolate chips to avoid a grainy texture.
  • Double the recipe for a larger batch if needed.
