A creamy and delightful blueberry fudge made with white chocolate and a blueberry topping, perfect for dessert lovers.

- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1½ teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 cups white baking chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a saucepan, combine frozen blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch and simmer until thick (8-10 minutes).
- Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to extract the sauce and chill for 1 hour.
- Melt white baking chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Heat sweetened condensed milk in the microwave and mix it into the melted chocolate until smooth.
- Gently fold in the chilled blueberry topping into the chocolate mixture to create a marbled effect.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and chill for 3-4 hours until set.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and slice into 6×6 pieces.
- Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- Make sure to not overheat the chocolate chips to avoid a grainy texture.
- Double the recipe for a larger batch if needed.
