- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 20 oz white chocolate
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cook blueberries with lemon juice and cornstarch until thick. Strain and set aside.
- Line an 8×8 pan with greased parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt in a double boiler until smooth.
- Fold in most of the blueberry filling, leaving some for the top. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, dot with remaining blueberry filling, and swirl it in.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Remove from the pan, peel off parchment paper, and slice into pieces.
