Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 oz white chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cook blueberries with lemon juice and cornstarch until thick. Strain and set aside.
  2. Line an 8×8 pan with greased parchment paper.
  3. Melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt in a double boiler until smooth.
  4. Fold in most of the blueberry filling, leaving some for the top. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pan, dot with remaining blueberry filling, and swirl it in.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Remove from the pan, peel off parchment paper, and slice into pieces.
