Delicious and refreshing Blueberry Yogurt Clusters, perfect for a cool snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
- ½ cup granola (optional, for added crunch)
- ½ cup melted dark chocolate (optional, for dipping)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries until fully coated in the yogurt mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, scoop small clusters of the blueberry-yogurt mixture onto the sheet.
- (Optional) Sprinkle granola over the clusters for extra texture.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
- (Optional) Once frozen, dip each cluster in melted dark chocolate and return to the freezer for another 10 minutes to set.
- Enjoy straight from the freezer for a cool, creamy, and refreshing snack!
Notes
- Can be made vegan by using maple syrup instead of honey.
- Granola is optional but adds a nice crunch.
