A refreshing Brazilian Mounjaro drink that changes color, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons dried butterfly pea flowers
- 500 ml (2 cups) water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- Juice of 1 lemon (approximately 2 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Boil 500 ml of water in a saucepan. If using ginger, add it to the water at this stage.
- Remove from heat and add the butterfly pea flowers. Let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the flowers (optional) for a clearer drink.
- Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey (if using) to the tea.
- Stir well and observe the color change from blue to purple.
- Serve immediately as a hot drink or pour over ice for a chilled version.

- For a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of honey according to your preference.
