Description

Brazilian Pacoca Candy is a delightful sweet treat made from roasted peanuts, powdered sugar, and honey, offering a unique taste of Brazil in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts unsalted
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted

Instructions

  1. Add the peanuts to a food processor and pulse until they become a fine, slightly oily crumb.
  2. Do not over-blend — the texture should resemble coarse sand, not peanut butter.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and salt. Pulse again until fully blended.
  4. Pour in the honey and melted coconut oil.
  5. Process until the mixture begins to clump and looks slightly moist.
  6. Line a small baking dish (about 8×8 inches) with parchment paper.
  7. Transfer the mixture into the dish and press it down very firmly using the back of a spoon or the bottom of a glass to compact it tightly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  9. Lift out using the parchment paper and cut into small squares or rectangles.
  10. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
