Description

A delightful no-bake brownie refrigerator cake made with layers of rich brownies and fluffy whipped cream, topped with chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache (store-bought or homemade)
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and bake in a greased 9×13 inch pan. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  2. Once cooled, cut the brownies into even squares. You can choose to layer them as whole squares or crumble them for a different texture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. In a serving dish, layer the brownie squares, followed by a layer of whipped cream. Drizzle some chocolate ganache over the whipped cream. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. This allows the flavors to meld and the cake to set.
