A delicious and easy-to-make Bruschetta Cheese Ball that is perfect for parties and gatherings.

- 12.35 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes (½ cup chopped, ½ cup for garnish)
- ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
- ½ cup chopped olives
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 fresh tomato, diced (for garnish)
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Finely chop half of the sun-dried tomatoes. Set aside the remaining half for garnish.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheeses, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, basil, olives, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a ball, wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add panko breadcrumbs and toast until golden brown, stirring frequently. Let cool.
- Remove the chilled cheese ball from the refrigerator, unwrap, and roll in the toasted breadcrumbs. Press gently to coat.
- Garnish with diced tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
- This cheese ball can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
