Instructions
- Preparing the Bruschetta: Begin by coring and dicing the Roma tomatoes. Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Let marinate.
- Preparing the Cheese Mixture: Blend feta, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth. Adjust salt.
- Assembling the Dip: Spread cheese mixture in a dish, top with marinated bruschetta. Garnish with basil, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan.
