Ingredients
- Baguette, sliced
- Olive oil
- Garlic cloves, halved
- Burrata cheese
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette into ½ inch thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush each baguette slice with olive oil and rub with the halved garlic cloves.
- Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- While the baguette is baking, cut the burrata cheese into small pieces.
- Top each toasted baguette slice with a piece of burrata cheese.
- Add a halved cherry tomato on top of the burrata cheese.
- Chop fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the tomatoes.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the assembled bruschetta.
- Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
