Description

Burrata Bruschetta is a delightful appetizer featuring toasted baguette slices topped with creamy burrata cheese, fresh tomatoes, and aromatic basil.


Ingredients

  • Baguette, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic cloves, halved
  • Burrata cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ½ inch thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush each baguette slice with olive oil and rub with the halved garlic cloves.
  4. Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  5. While the baguette is baking, cut the burrata cheese into small pieces.
  6. Top each toasted baguette slice with a piece of burrata cheese.
  7. Add a halved cherry tomato on top of the burrata cheese.
  8. Chop fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the tomatoes.
  9. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the assembled bruschetta.
  10. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
