- 6–8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Boil the eggs, peel, and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add sliced onions and cook until soft and fragrant.
- Stir in garlic, garlic paste, and seasonings.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for 5 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Place boiled eggs in a bowl and pour the hot sauce over the top.
- Serve warm or chilled—either way, it’s packed with flavor.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
- This dish can be served as an appetizer or a side dish.
