Description

  • 68 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs, peel, and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add sliced onions and cook until soft and fragrant.
  4. Stir in garlic, garlic paste, and seasonings.
  5. Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for 5 minutes to combine the flavors.
  6. Place boiled eggs in a bowl and pour the hot sauce over the top.
  7. Serve warm or chilled—either way, it’s packed with flavor.
