- 1.8 oz mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 4.2 oz assorted crackers
- 2.8 oz breadsticks
- 7 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2.1 oz powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and unsalted butter until fully smooth and light in texture.
- Add powdered sugar, molasses, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until the dip is creamy and well combined.
- Transfer the gingerbread dip mixture into a small bowl and refrigerate until serving time.
- Display the cured meats, cheese cubes and slices, fresh fruits, dried fruits, nuts, crackers, and breadsticks on a large serving board or platter, arranging components attractively.
- Set the chilled gingerbread dip bowl in the center or at a corner of the board for guests’ easy access.
- Present immediately, allowing guests to combine the dip with fruits, crackers, or cheese as preferred.
