Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 1 oz (1 packet) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  2. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions.
  3. Spread a generous amount of the filling evenly over each tortilla.
  4. Tightly roll up each tortilla and place seam-side down.
  5. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
