Ingredients

  • 110 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2.5 milliliters garlic powder
  • 2.5 milliliters onion powder
  • 100 grams pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the slightly firm cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  2. Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
  3. Place a piece of plastic wrap on the countertop and transfer the chilled cheese mixture onto it. Gather the plastic wrap around the mixture and shape into a firm ball.
  4. Spread chopped pecans in a clean bowl. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the chopped pecans until evenly coated on all sides.
  5. Present the prepared cheese ball with crackers, pretzels, or assorted vegetable sticks.
