A delicious and quick casserole that combines the flavors of cheeseburgers and crispy French fries.

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 28-ounce bag of shoestring French fries
- 10.5-ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
- 10.5-ounce can of cheddar cheese soup
- ½ yellow onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- ½ teaspoon dehydrated onions
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer and cook the French fries per the package instructions.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and diced onions. Brown the meat until no pink remains.
- Add the minced garlic, combine with the meat, and cook for 30-45 seconds. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese soup and cream of mushroom soup until combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a 7×11 casserole dish. Top with the cooked French fries, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Drizzle the burger sauce on top of the casserole. Serve and enjoy!

- Adjust seasoning according to taste.
- Can add additional toppings such as pickles or lettuce before serving.
