Description

A delicious and quick casserole that combines the flavors of cheeseburgers and crispy French fries.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 28-ounce bag of shoestring French fries
  • 10.5-ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 10.5-ounce can of cheddar cheese soup
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • ½ teaspoon dehydrated onions
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer and cook the French fries per the package instructions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and diced onions. Brown the meat until no pink remains.
  3. Add the minced garlic, combine with the meat, and cook for 30-45 seconds. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain off any excess grease.
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese soup and cream of mushroom soup until combined.
  5. Transfer the meat mixture to a 7×11 casserole dish. Top with the cooked French fries, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  6. In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  7. Drizzle the burger sauce on top of the casserole. Serve and enjoy!
