Description

Delicious cheesecake-stuffed apples topped with a crunchy graham cracker mixture and drizzled with caramel sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji works best)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the apples and carefully scoop out the cores, leaving about 1/4 inch of flesh to create a sturdy base. Place apples in a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake filling into the hollowed apples, filling them almost to the top.
  5. In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter until combined. Sprinkle the mixture over the cheesecake filling in each apple.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the apples are tender but not mushy.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the baked apples before serving.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy the perfect blend of creamy, crunchy, and sweet!

Notes

  • Honeycrisp or Fuji apples are recommended for the best flavor and texture.
  • Adjust the amount of caramel sauce based on personal preference.
  • These can be served as a dessert or a sweet snack.
