A delicious and hearty Cheesy Beef Pasta that’s perfect for a family dinner.

- 8 ounces pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Feel free to use any pasta shape you prefer.
