Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups that are easy to make and perfect for impressing your guests.
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional: marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Sprinkle cheese on each triangle, then roll from wide end to tip.
- Place rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush tops with garlic butter. Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Brush with more garlic butter and serve warm with marinara if desired!
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- These rollups are best served warm.
