Description

Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups that are easy to make and perfect for impressing your guests.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Sprinkle cheese on each triangle, then roll from wide end to tip.
  3. Place rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush tops with garlic butter. Bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Brush with more garlic butter and serve warm with marinara if desired!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
  • These rollups are best served warm.
