Delicious cheesy garlic chicken wraps packed with flavor, perfect for a quick meal.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (grilled, roasted, or rotisserie)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for crisping)
- Optional: ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley or baby spinach
- Optional Garlic Sauce: ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in the cooked chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes to heat through and infuse the flavors.
- Lay out tortillas and sprinkle half of the cheese down the center of each. Divide the garlic chicken mixture over the cheese, then top with the remaining cheese and parsley or spinach if using.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas in, then roll them up tightly like a burrito.
- Brush each wrap with melted butter. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all garlic sauce ingredients until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.
- Slice wraps in half and serve warm with garlic sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
