Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Place all four tortillas flat on your work surface, ensuring they’re at room temperature for easy rolling.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese on each tortilla, then arrange 4 pepperoni slices on top.
