A quick and tasty Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad that combines rotini pasta, shredded chicken, and fresh vegetables with a creamy Caesar dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Add the Caesar dressing and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
