- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup croutons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Add the Caesar dressing and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and croutons, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired, or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
