- 450 g ground chicken
- 2 large eggs
- 60 g grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 0.5 teaspoon fine salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 120 ml pizza sauce
- 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mix ground chicken, eggs, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until homogenous.
- Evenly press the chicken mixture onto the prepared sheet to form a thin, uniform circle or rectangle.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and set. Rest for 5 minutes after baking.
- Increase oven temperature to 220°C. Spread pizza sauce over the crust, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and arrange pepperoni slices on top.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Make sure the ground chicken is well mixed to avoid uneven texture.
- For extra flavor, consider adding herbs to the chicken mixture.
