  • Red pepper flakes – 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – for garnish, chopped
  • Fries – 1 bag (frozen or homemade, about 32 oz or 900 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fries according to package instructions or bake homemade fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
