- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
