Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
