Description

Delicious and indulgent chocolate chip cheesecake cookies that combine the flavors of creamy cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir in chocolate chips.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Drop cookie dough on a baking sheet.
  8. Add a dollop of cream cheese mixture on top of each cookie.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  10. Let cool on a wire rack.
