Delight in this easy treat of a Christmas Cookie Dough Cheeseball, perfect for your holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter, softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1¼ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini m&m’s Christmas mix
  • additional m&m’s for the outside (about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, beat the butter, cream cheese, and peanut butter until thoroughly combined and creamy.
  2. Add in the light brown sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until combined.
  3. Add in the powdered sugar, quick oats, mini chocolate chips, and mini m&m’s. Beat on low speed (increase as needed) until well combined.
  4. Use a rubber spatula or clean hands to form the cookie dough into a ball, ensuring it’s not too sticky.
  5. Place the cookie dough ball onto a plate. Press mini m&m’s into the sides and top until completely covered.
  6. Cover the cheeseball with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping options like graham crackers, pretzels, mini Oreos, Nilla Wafers, or shortbread cookies.
