Description

Delicious and festive Christmas Energy Bites that are perfect for a holiday snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups quick oats NOT old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Christmas Mini M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Add the quick oats to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey and stir until well combined. If time permits, chill the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes so it will be easier to work with.
  3. Portion out the dough into Tablespoon-sized balls.
  4. Press the M&Ms into the balls, and roll again if needed so they are round in shape. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute almond butter for peanut butter if desired.
  • Storing in the fridge helps the bites to maintain their shape.
