Delicious Christmas Snowflake Blueberry Cheesecake Bars that combine a creamy cheesecake filling with blueberry and white chocolate flavors.

- 16 oz (450 g) Cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Blueberry puree
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup White chocolate, melted
- Sugar snowflakes for decoration
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs (for crust)
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted (for crust)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Bake 8 minutes and let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Divide the batter into two portions. Mix blueberry puree into one portion and white chocolate into the other.
- Pour the batters alternately over the crust and gently swirl with a knife to create a marble effect.
- Bake 30–35 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
- Let cool completely, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Decorate with sugar snowflakes before serving.

- For a firmer texture, refrigerate the cheesecake bars longer.
- Adjust the amount of blueberry puree based on desired sweetness.
