Description

Delicious bite-sized biscuits coated in cinnamon sugar, perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each into four and roll into balls.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 350°F or oven to 375°F. Grease basket or line baking sheet.
  3. Arrange dough balls in a single layer. Air fry for 6–8 minutes or bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
  4. While warm, brush with melted butter. Mix cinnamon and sugar, then toss bites until fully coated.
  5. For glaze, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and pourable.
  6. Drizzle glaze over cooled bites. Serve warm or room temp.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add more cinnamon to the sugar mixture.
  • Ensure biscuits are cut evenly for consistent cooking.
  • Experiment with different types of glaze for variety.
