  4. Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
  5. Heat a lightly buttered non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and immediately tilt the pan in a circular motion to evenly coat the surface.
  7. Cook the crepe for 1–2 minutes, until the bottom is light golden brown.
  8. Loosen with a spatula, flip, and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  9. Repeat with the remaining batter. Stack crepes and keep warm under foil.
  10. Fill with sweet options like Nutella, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or savory fillings like ham, cheese, and eggs. Fold or roll and serve immediately.
