Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cucumbers, diced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Instructions
