- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture, pressing gently to ensure the filling is secure.
- Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
