Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture, pressing gently to ensure the filling is secure.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
