Description

A delicious grilled sandwich featuring creamy brie, melty mozzarella, and sweet cranberry sauce, perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices sourdough or crusty bread
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Lay 4 slices buttered side down. Spread cranberry sauce on top.
  3. Add brie, then sprinkle mozzarella over it.
  4. Top with the other bread slices, buttered side up.
  5. Cook on a skillet over medium-low for 3–5 minutes per side until golden and melty.
  6. Let sit briefly, slice, and serve warm.
