- 8 slices sourdough or crusty bread
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Lay 4 slices buttered side down. Spread cranberry sauce on top.
- Add brie, then sprinkle mozzarella over it.
- Top with the other bread slices, buttered side up.
- Cook on a skillet over medium-low for 3–5 minutes per side until golden and melty.
- Let sit briefly, slice, and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, consider adding herbs or spices to the cranberry sauce.
