Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C), or follow the instructions on your pizza crust package.
  2. Roll out your pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Lightly brush the crust with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with cranberry sauce until well coated.
  4. Spread the cranberry-chicken mixture evenly over the crust. Arrange Brie slices across the pizza, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and thinly sliced red onion.
  5. Drizzle the pizza with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
