- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C), or follow the instructions on your pizza crust package.
- Roll out your pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Lightly brush the crust with olive oil for extra crispiness.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with cranberry sauce until well coated.
- Spread the cranberry-chicken mixture evenly over the crust. Arrange Brie slices across the pizza, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and thinly sliced red onion.
- Drizzle the pizza with olive oil and sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, then top with arugula or spinach if desired.
