Description

Cranberry Fluff Salad Classic is a delightful and refreshing holiday treat made with fresh cranberries, cream cheese, and mini marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 340 g fresh cranberries
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 225 g crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 115 g cream cheese, softened
  • 480 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 100 g mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Using a food processor, pulse cranberries until finely chopped but not pureed.
  2. Transfer chopped cranberries to a large bowl. Add sugar and crushed pineapple with juice, stirring to combine thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add heavy whipping cream, whisking continuously until stiff peaks form.
  4. Drain excess juice from the chilled cranberry mixture. Gently fold the whipped cream cheese mixture into the cranberries until fully incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in mini marshmallows. Refrigerate the dish until well chilled before serving.
