Description

Cranberry Maple Fudge is a delightful holiday treat combining the sweetness of white chocolate and maple syrup with the tartness of dried cranberries, making it a perfect addition to your festive celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully blended.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in the chopped dried cranberries.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  7. Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into small squares.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week — or longer in the freezer.

Notes

  • Ensure the white chocolate chips are melted completely for a smooth texture.
  • Feel free to add nuts or other dried fruits for added texture and flavor.
  • This fudge can be stored in the freezer for extended freshness.
