- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully blended.
- Remove from heat and fold in the chopped dried cranberries.
- Pour the fudge mixture evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into small squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week — or longer in the freezer.
