- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, dried cranberries, celery, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ground turkey with chicken broth, melted butter, egg, sage, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the turkey mixture to the bread cube mixture and stir to combine.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F/74°C).

- These can be made ahead of time and frozen, then baked directly from frozen.
